what do I bet on the river, and should I be betting bigger on flop/turn? |

3bet is standard preflop isn't it?
And I'm probably just betting big for value simply because this is low stakes and people call too much.
Betting small for more consistent value and hoping to induce with a boat/2xxx/weaker is viable as well. |

easy call preflop for me, i might 3 bet in the blinds.
I bet really small on the river and got called by a boat...so you are right |

yea you should bet bigger flop and turn and as played pot it.
2-10,3,6 or 1010? |

flop bet is fine, turn is fine but slightly bigger is probably reasonable given that you can assume he has probably QQ+, 2x, and if he does have some random flush draw or something, is probably not calling the turn almost regardless of what you bet.
River I'd likely bet fairly big because I expect them to either be calling or folding regardless of bet size almost always. |

Though process essentially goes as follows
bet flop because you want to build some sort of a pot, get calls for overpairs and trips, but your size has to reflect how difficult this board is to hit, especially given that a 2 is the least common card to be held in any playable hand.
bet turn still on the smaller side, but leaning more towards a more standardish bet as their hand has been defined as somerthing with reasonable strength, but likely not strong enough to be calling a pot sized bet, but not so weak that you need to bet half pot.
Bet big on river because you're either value towning trips, getting called by a bluff catcher/backdoor diamonds, getting owned by some TTxxss nonsense, or some 22, or they're snap folding anyway. You'd essentially have to argue that betting smaller will get enough calls from bluff catchers to make up for the money lost vs trips and boats, or that betting larger will cause them to fold too many hands. This seems like a stretch vs all but the nittiest of players.
Preflop can go either way depending on opponent, though I disagree with wanting to do it from the blinds. |
