theres a lot of off suit hands which can semi-bluff here that have 1 heart, AhJo, AhQx, AhTx, QJo, QKo, KJo, JTo with a heart etc.. on the flop your equity vs his range is gonna be very coinflippy / slightly losing possibly (very close 44-55% range), on a brick turn you should be 65% or so vs his range |

Do we have option for pushing the flop vs fish or we must never push the flop without heart in our hand? |

u can shove flop but u'll never be a big favorite (even 23o with the 3h is flipping vs u)
like tom said it's gonna be better to get it in on the turn, where you'll be ahead of all his semibluff range or have an easy fold on a heart
since u have position it'll be even better cause he has to act first on a lot of awkward cards for his range |

I hate this spot. I fold. We're either flipping or crushed - very rarely are they doing this as a pure bluff |

"-We have to bet flop for protection"
what is pretty cool about check calling is once that check call the flop, very often you are representing a heart. it's good to check QQ-AA without the heart, because once you check call people usually put you on a hand that has a flush draw in it.
So when that's very likely what you are going to be put on and when a sheart rolls off you are much less likely to be bluffed, rather than when you cbet and then turn is a heart you will be in a much tougher spot.
Obviously you should still have some hands with a heart in your check call range. |
