All of today's big pots, chained as requested. I'll probably post all my big losers and winners in two separate chained hands after each session from now on. Just easier that way. So keep in mind the majority of these hands are vs. high VPIP, 10%+ 3-bet players. Although looking over them what I'd point out for myself is this.

1. In most circumstances, it's not really very good at all to be calling 4-bets, the one where we have the 2nd caller already and we're closing the action is maybe the one exception.

2. I'm calling off too much, particularly in 3-bet pots. It seems I'm not giving people enough credit for flop raises at this stake. It's tough because in a lot of situations you don't want to feel like a weak little bitch when you flop a pretty good hand with decent equity vs. a range of things, but then they're right on top of that range and crushing you - which seems to be happening too often lately. Which likely means I'm not correctly predicting some of these ranges. Hand #124084342010 and Hand #124083607593 are good examples of this. It feels atrociously weak to be just folding here - letting them continue with their bluffs seems logical, but in the end we're actually demolished and it just looks bad. I'm either fighting too hard for these pots and incorrectly trying to fight people to the death in these spots - or I'm running not very well by diving head first into the top of their range. I'm the first to admit I'm totally confused about it.

3. In some ways I'm maybe just going through a stretch of not making enough hands. It's difficult to win in PLO if you're missing a lot and they're connecting a lot. Sometimes that's just how it goes.

I agree big time, I've played so much volume lately and I've been so focused on increasing my 3-bet percentage at the behest of the fact that it's solid advice and important for my game as I play higher levels - that I've allowed some critical leaks into my game. Particularly I'm calling too light in some spots, and I'm putting myself in awkward spots foolishly in others. However, take some of the hands with a grain of salt - most of them are against guys playing 50/30/10+++ on all 3 stats. So some of those speculative ones aren't quite as bad - but many are just that, bad. I'll try to do this every day with my winners and losers. Maybe more-so the losers and I'll keep the winners for myself .
