I think preflop raise size, and he also hesitated a bit to call pre. I figured he have some Ax, and the only way for me to win there is raise.

if he has an ace he's never folding after he pots the flop, nor should he. you also block a bunch of draws with TTh.

it is interesting to note the different preflop sizings (i missed at at first), i don't think you can glean anything from it that would justify the TT play though (but you can take away a lot from the fact that he pot-folded in a pretty weird spot).
