I'd rather just call flop and use the 88 blockers I think.
EDIT: Although treating a minbet as a check and just your raise as a cbet is fine in general... I think when you make it just 6 here tho, you get 2 calls a ton since they will feel somewhat more invested in the pot than usual (even though its just 50 cents!!), and a 3/5 pot cbet is really small to begin with, not to mention the additional dollar being in there.
Plus, we have two backdoors here and if the guy decides that minbet/pot3bet is a good line, we feel pretty sad.

The minbet by a fish is almost always very weak and you can pretty much assume the caller of the 0.50 doesn't have much either. Given that info I would just raise it bigger if you decide to raise at all. And that particular turn has to be barreled. You're repping AA and that turncard is perfect for your hand.
