why are you calling him a clown?
his play is reasonable considering your running these akward batshit bluffs
I always find it funny when someone runs a bluff and calls his opponent an idiot for calling light |

He called you in position hoping to improve / bluff you on the turn. This is a quote taken directly from you. You have done the exact same thing yourself. |

Not to mentioned you called a 3 bet OOP from MP and you are X/R on a 566 board...
you rep a very narrow range that has few 6s in and much fewer 55 combos.... its a easy call down |

For those saying this is bad, the logic for this is simple:
1. It's a 3-way pot in a 3-bet pot.
2. Jimakos is 3-betting EP. He doesn't have a lot of low board coverage in his range here.
3. On a paired board 3-ways, math tells us most of the time one of us is very likely to have 3 of a kind.
4. The first guy who could have represented it chose not to and gave up vs. the c-bet.
5. That leaves me with a wonderful spot to check-raise. I do have low-board coverage in my range here.
6. He decides to call because he has a gutshot + 4 overs.
There is no way in hell his call is "good" at best it's "not good" but not entirely terrible.
I'm def balanced in this spot with bluffs making up max 25% of my range and really maybe it should be 50% because it works very frequently even if you choose to min-raise click-it-back.
On the turn he's only beating pure bluffs. Most of the time he's just value-towning himself. There is no way in hell that's "good" by any standard.
I would bluff in this spot again and I wouldn't think twice about it. I might however give up after the flop bluff doesn't work, because usually that means AAxx or KKxx that refuses to give up regardless of what comes town on turn/river. The sort of player who will always get stacked by trips but also win pots back when people are doing what I'm doing. And fair enough that's part of the game knowing who you can take this line against and who you can't. |
