As you are new here I will give you useful suggestion. Don't post hands where there is no decision to be made. You got it in as a favourite, altough not a huge one, so take the beat and move on. If you want to have the hand posted or send to someone, just set it private. |

Also there is probably a lot you can learn by searching and reading some articles here and other stuff, as I see you are limping in and playing with 30 big blinds. |

Its fine if u ask questions even in such hands, just cause you got in as a favourite doesn't mean you've played well. Nothing to discuss about this one though |

any reason you're playing with 30bb?
if you're looking to improve at the game, play with stacks _as_deep_as_possible_ |

he means u should buy in for the max amount available
there are shortstack strategies but being a shortstack limits postflop play, which is where all the interesting stuff in poker happens |

no u did not
buyin full means buy in with the maximum amount possible (usually 100bb unless its a deep stack table) |

always play with maximum buy-in at the table. if you play 250bb-deep tables, play 250bb |

so like if you fold your blind, next hand you're back up to 100bb instead of 99 |

It's a shallow table, I beleive 30-40bb is the highest you can buy in for.
Your gonna get raked up the ass playing these tables at 2NL
2NL = make a hand win a stack, not make a hand and win 30bb |
