depends on the fishyness of your opponents, @ your stakes aggression pays off usually
btw by all in asap I take it you mean raise and then shove if they reraise, here it's good because he's practically all in and it's certain he has something because he bet into so many ppl
HU with more money behind you could call the reraise in position and expect to get paid by both his bluffs and valueshoves on such dry boards (this is best vs aggro/fps opponents)
