win 90% the time and feel good.

lose 10% of the time and question your call.

I know my 3bet sizing sucks, it was an accident.

Villain is 36/24/9 over 25 hands. How often do people have things other then sets here..? If he has a range like JJ, QQ, TT, 88, 66, 97s, KdJd, 98s, 87s should have plenty of equity to call as I just need 21%. Just not sure what standard range I can give him here with having limited info.

Man. He can have a TON of shit. 78, 89, 77 possibly, 66 and 1010, yeah, jj w/ a diamond. qq w/ a diamond. Fuck, kj with a diamond, or a flush, or or or or or

I know I fuck up and do stupid shit ALL the time... so I sorta assume other people do as well.

Or are we playing against the rockest of rockstars at nl5?

Thanks, I guess my confidence is just a little shaken and I'm questioning myself right now

if it was a single rasied pot you can think about it,

in 3-bet pots you have the nuts

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us and as we let our own lights shine we unconsciously give other people permision to do the same

probably should take a break if you're running bad enough to question this spot.

yes. It should never even enter your mind to question the seventh nuts

i know you view it as your sworn duty to make a retarded sarcastic reply in every thread on this site, but the decision to call villain's shove isn't close.

trav has also shown in previous comments that he has a pretty decent grasp on fundamentals, so questioning such a standard spot is unusual for him. seeing his recent blog about having his worst day, it makes sense to think some runbad might be affecting his play and he should take a break.

that's really weirdly personal, i don't know what's going on with you (i already said it was a call)

however i don't believe in discouraging someone from learning by saying it's like a mistake to ask a question

when you make a sarcastic reply to my well-intentioned post you shouldn't be that surprised when i address it.

part of learning is knowing how to avoid tilt. if certain other posters had made this question i would have just said it's a call (or not bother since others already responded). my impression based on other hands is that op understands basics and posting the hand is more due to runbad getting in his head. even if that's not the case, it gives him the chance to stop and evaluate if his head is in the right place. when i replied i thought that would be more helpful than assessing the hand in a vacuum.

stop trying to save lp, santafairy and gnarly are easily the worst things to have ever happened to lp.
