hmm.. definitely note the minraise turn |
|

more like definitely not call the river imo, the equity you just gained is nothing compared to a zoom turn minraise because it is 100% for value here. |

The classic line: flat flop cbet, minraise turn cbet, 1/2 pot super value looking bet. tbh, they'll usually just check the river if they really did minraise turn to "see where they are" or "freeze your aggression" with something like KJo, 87s, or JTs etc etc. so you can kinda just c/f river even with the ace hitting and be expecting to win most of the time when they check back. |

Just c/f river
Sure he has some bluffs, doubt you have 25% though |

call is worth it just to see his hand
i guess im an information freak, but spots like this reveal a lot more about the villain than it does about the hero |

yea even though we have an ace, we really don't beat anything. |

call can't be bad in theory but i guess if nobody bluffs river in these games you should fold. |

I think PF open is quite possibly bad unless there are fish in the blinds and I'd also check fold flop. Button cold calling ranges are not going to folding enough on the flop for a cbet to profitable and you don't pick up enough good turn cards to make up for it on later streets. And I'd fold river! I think you'd need to be playing against an utter spaz for river call to be good, and if he's that kind of spaz it makes flop even more of a check fold |

One day good. One day bad. And some days, even hope | |

pf is std, but agree, c/f flop unless his fold to cbet is ridiculous |
