So oddly enough, I wonder if smallish c-bet or checking much more frequently behind in AAxx 3-bet pots would be superior to c-betting as much as I am. Part of the advantage being people see sexy flop equity and always want to jam and puts us guessing whether we're the 60% or the 40% most of the time.
Now, theoretically it's to AAxx's disadvantage especially in low SPR pots to give them a free card, but how bad is giving a free card if the possibilities are basically.
A) 30-40% of the time they fold to you're 75% c-bet (they'll fold only 20% if you 1/2 pot it)
B) 40% of the time they will shove and either you or them will be a 60/40ish favourite
C) 20% of the time they will shove and have you in rough shape to an awful degree 65%+ or better
These are not the exact stats, it would be more appropriate if we assigned a range of something like top 15-20% of hands vs. AAxx and how often are they flopping what with Pro-Poker Tools but you get the point.
Yes we have individual stats and should target those who fold a high % to c-bets in 3-bet pots, but we often don't have enough statistical power to justify using those.
So the issue becomes - are we just raking ourselves to death when maybe in a lot of spots checking back with AAxx and playing on a more defined board on the turn would be better. People give up a lot more if they only have one more card to come (at least casuals do) but that's just a personal inference. Delayed c-bet basically...

You def have more than AA here and it's not a 3bet pot so bet the flop. You could have won a stack this hand
