Pondering the best course of action on the river. Villain is a fairly aggressive reg over a 100 hand sample, only note i got is that he ch/r/folded a 983ss flop.
I dont see a ton of value of betting river, that would be to get value from TT-77, and I'm not sure how many of these combos are in his range. On the other hand I feel checking behind is kinda weak when I rarely should be beat? Does checking behind make me very polarized on the river when I do bet? |

i think checking or betting are both ok
i'd prob bet a smallish amount, like 1/3 or less. villain seems very air-heavy so a large bet doesnt accomplish much. we're also gonna have a lot of air (as well as nutty hands like 5x) that all fit into this range
checking back does make us more polarized but its not really a problem. we're gonna have 5x for value and spades for bluffs, that's pretty balanced |
