Folding here is incredibly bad. He does have flushes, but also can have AK, KQ, KJ, KT, Q8s, 86s, 88, 66 maybe hands like QT, or Asx he's bluffing with... I'd also probably raise and gii on the turn when he donks. |

also you get the info what kind of hands villain plays this "passive flop into aggresive donking turn style" with. you get a reasonable price for that info with a decent to semigood hand on this board.
call and take a note! |

vs such a passive nitty player this is probably a good fold, I mean he should be worried that the other 2 guys behind him have a flush, yeah we should consider that he plays 88 like this but it should be somewhat discounted . I highly doubt he's bluffing Asx or Q10 here... the fact that it's 3way and he's oop and passive makes this better |

I agree folding sets is generally a bad idea vs people who don't know what they're doing, but since hero has played some hands vs this guy he should know if he's mentally handicapped, overplaying hands or scared money etc. |

how can you know he is a nitty player that just doesnt make sense.
and never taking notes because you never gonna see him again is super bad as well...
at nl2 my notes helped me quite alot because actually you see some of the players every now and then at the tables.
and then u just dont know he had it but you can assume that he probably likes to call draws at the flop passively but gets in active donking mode when he mad it, which is quite some useful info and would lead to a fold in the future for the same scenario.
if he shows up with top pair kinda hands you know that he likes to call his top pair passively in multiways and so on and so on
ofc alot of assumptions still because sample so small but if you never start collecting samples you will never know |

not super nitty but definitely on the tight side and passive too
his vpip/pfr gap shows that he probably doesn't make a habit of taking control of betting when he plays |
