what line is best here?

I think I'd just jam. He probably doesn't have KQ since he raised PF in the blind against your UTG+1 raise, but he could have a set of Tens or Jacks or pocket queens, all of which have decent odds of improving on river (although you having 88 blocks 2 of the 8 outs that pocket queens would normally have).

kqs could be in his range for 3betting considering his 3bet stats
he could have jj or tt, maybe even 99, but then again, with a straight and a flush draw out there, i don't see sets trying to protect their hands here but instead would try to control the pot
i would call turn and raise blank rivers since it seems like you would get more value out of him betting the river than folding the turn

just calling the turn eventhough it can end quite ugly on the river, but if river is safe than you can c or raise depending on his sizing

Just jam, there is nothing good for you on the river

He will call all the hands that he is betting on the river anyways

seems like an easy jam
only thing you're doing w calling is letting him realize his equity which is bad
