I'd say 18/9 is a NIT and IMO he is never 5betting worse hand in this spot. I'd bet he doesn't 5bet AK nor JJ. That leads me to the conclusion that his range consists of AA and KK only.
vs this type of player I'd just flat the 3bet. What was your plan/what did you want to achive with the min 4bet?
U R 175bb deep so you can/should call his 5bet and set mine. Proceed with caution post. Probably just fold to flop cbet if you do not hit a Q. If his sizing on the flop is reasonably small and you hit an OESD you can still call. Just proceed with caution

ye probably flatting his 3b would have been a better option than min4bet and tbh i dont have a fucking clue why i opted to min4bet oO thats a super strange newbmove if i look back now; but i probably was a bit afraid that if i 4b bigger that he just 5b shoves for >300bb which i would have to fold this deep.
but in this special case it probably would not change much but his5b sizing.

Check Number of tables, If he's a 4 tabler this is almost certainly AA, I believe he would flat KK to your 4bet. vs 1 table fish idk what we do (but i doubt we have 70 hands on a fish) since unless he's mega mega fish we don't want to get it in and add a huge amount of variance to our roll.

Some advice I once heard is that you should never 3bet/4bet bluff a pp (makes sense), either fold to 3bet (ridiculous) call the 3bet (preferable) or 4bet get it in (awful vs nit). If we're going to 4bet fold why aren't we using AK? we block the 2 major scare hands which might consider 5betting for value and so get a lot more flats from his QQ.

Also look at his sizing, that's a value sizing. Nobody 3.1 xs your raise as a bluff. From what I picked up in microstakes (5,10nl zoom) most players (who are capable of 4bet bluffing) seem to have tells as to sizing. Anything below 2x your raise (3bet) tends to be very strong, especially as a 4bet since fish(in particular) want to give you great odds to continue. about 2.1-2.2x tends to be a 4bet bluff, since they don't want you to call due to odds, but they don't want to commit. Finally about 2.5x tends to be serious value. Some people get excited by big hands and 4bet very large.
