DooMeR   United States. Dec 25 2014 20:42. Posts 8553 I think the check on the flop is definitely ok but i would definitely bet the turn. There are still a lot of hands he can call with including AQ. he will never fold AQ or AK on the turn 77+ is going to call 1 bet anyway so betting the turn is as good as the river. And if he is a regular that had nothing he would actually have bet by now if he is going to. No real reason to check turn the only things hes going to make are things he would call with anyway. Except 78. But either way if he ever has Tx here we are losing a lot of money by not betting the turn. Pretty much anytime he has something that can call 2 streets we are losing a lot of money. and not gaining much in return. I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance, by running away from the scene of an accident.
