i actually kinda like a check/raise on turn with this hand, though i don't hate betting
reason is i'm rarely going to have many bluffs if i bet turn, because i would think that i have close to zero fold equity once he calls flop. i don't think typical opponents would check back any kind of Kx on turn. we can balance this value check/raise with bluffs such as random spade-spade combos and maybe some gutters
as played... ship is good, check/shove is good too. if he's the more floaty-airy/grabby-pokey type i'd tend towards checking |

Might as well not c/r the flop if we cannot go for value on a 1 overcard runout. Not having a flop c/r range is probably fine in this situation. If we have any value c/r hand it should be TT though. |

Thanks all for the input. I think betting slightly bigger to set up a 2/3 pot shove would have made the hand a lot easier.
Villains seemed to be very predictable and straight foward so I did a 1/3 pot bet and got called by KJ. Shoving felt too much cause it was like 22 into 23 (if it was 15 into 26 or something because of better sizing on flop/turn it would have been an easy shove I think) |

The thing with a check is that sometimes villain will check back a hand like K9s because he doesn't feel like he can get value from our checking range and/or he's just passive. Like if he puts us on a missed club draw, he probably won't bet, in my experience at least. |
