I dont think so... I don't see a hand I'd jam the river with that I wouldn't call a shove with. Like I don't think I have any bluffs here? If I somehow had QJ of some description here, its not like I'm gonna turn it into a bluff I dont think.
Sort of a gross spot with like JT here. |

Well he has the 3rd nuts. I'm just wondering if you call with like KT/JT/AQ. But I guess you don't have AQ here, I can't see you checking back the flop 3 way with a flopped straight? I guess you only really have JT or KT on the river or quads? But do you call with JT/KT? |

I can't have KT either really... I'm not floating the turn with KT ;d
JJ and TT are such a super tiny part of my 3betting range (and that can then CALL the 4bet too) compared to how many KJ and JT combos it contains. I think this is just a horrrrrrrrible bad beat for him. |

Maybe like AQJJ, AKJJ with shit/no suitedness. Would JJ56ds 3bet/call, 3bet/fold, or not even 3b. An that hand is only slightly worse than ur own |

Well this deep its sort of true, but at 100 bb JJ55ss cant call a 4bet, for example. And anyway theres way less 3bettable JJ than JT or KJ combos in the first place. |

Very quick and rough:
Given 10% 3b range (pokerjuice 10% IP range), removing AA and hands that can't call 4bets, and with villains hand as dead cards we're looking at
94 combos of KJ!(JJ,TT,JT,AQ)
383 combos of JT!(JJ,TT,KJ,AQ)
60 combos of JJ!(KJ,TT,AQ,JT)
57 combos of TT!(KJ,JJ,AQ,JT)
So yeah, as long as I call JT some small % of the time (I think 6% of my JT hands need to call the shove) his shove will be called by as many worse hands as better ;d

I think that's crazy, double paired double suited in position deep vs a loose and not great player, a hand that can even call 4bets at 100 bb... definite 3bet.
Also increases value of a set of 5s by decreasing chance it goes multiway. |

that makes sense. is it ever wise to 3bet fold pre in omaha? or should all of our 3bets be hands that can call 4bets? i imagine as IP we shouldn't be folding to 4bets often, if ever |

Average fold to 4b is something like 20% among 1/2 regs. The tigther 4bets are the more correct it si to fold more hands to the 4b obv |
