raise flop, or shove turn, or fold pre... Calling Q7s after 22 hands with a guy is not a standard play so that flop is a great one for you. If you are calling pre I assume you put him on a very wide range. So playing it fast on a great flop with equity would be good, or shoving turn if you think he can still have air would be good.
I really don't like anything about this hand. |

i think flop call is fine, and turn call is fine. wouldn't mind small raise on flop, but i don't really like shoving turn
fold pre is an option, depends on how u think postflop will play out, like how well you can outplay him via position |

If you are calling Q7s you better have a good idea of game flow and what is going on, so lemon definitely set himself up to get outplayed here. He hit gin on the flop so he could have made up for his mistake by just fast playing it.
By the way the hand played out its pretty obvious villain had a legitimate hand. |
