I think this is fairly standard. Even if I don't have a flush blocker, this is still a call right?

mm player dependent, it's prob close to 0 EV vs a random unknown

flush blocker doesn't matter too much imo, while it reduces his flush combos it also reduces his KsX bluffing combos

Do you guys set up a play money game and then settle up the cash afterwards?

Why of course not, that would be illegal

oh of course, if it is against the ToS i wouldn't have even entertained the possibility!

Been a long time since i've played on stars and ive heard of people doing this for challenges and stuff so I just didn't know it was illegal. Makes sense for it to be illegal though.

I as surprised to hear your suggestion of 4-betting to 36 btw. I thought generally speaking, as betting continues preflop the sizing relative to the pot shrinks (and also the smaller the sizing should be if you are in position). Would you still suggest 4-betting to 36 if the stacksize was larger? Smaller?

If stacks were smaller you would generally be ok with smaller sizing.

You don't have to go quite 36 but 3x 4bet is pretty normal. I feel like your sizing is almost like tourney 4bet sizing
