this guy actually almost beat me in the end... basically it seemed to me like he was "laying traps" by making really stupid plays on purpose, things he would never do again, to make me think he's an idiot or something. i mean, he turned to to be sort of an idiot, just not as prominent as this hand would have one believe
yeah my turn bet is kinda weird, i guess check back is ok but i was going for some thin value/protection since 3hearts/3straight
also i think its a misconception to assume people don't care about play money because the chips themselves are worthless. i play play-money and i try just as hard as real money (if not harder!) because i'm trying to improve at the game and to have fun, not just win chips. i'm sure there are others in play money who have similar mindsets, i've played some decent players |
