Well most of those notes are pretty useless imo, you don't know how accurate they are, he could be coldcalling a 3b OOP w 44 vs a fish and maybe its a small 3bet..

the postflop notes are relevant imo? He bet twice small sizing when he was weak on bad boards incl River. I know it's one sample but raised flop with overpair+less and no draw should account to sth too?

I'm talking about the PT4 notes not yours, the raise flopcbet w overpair or less can be vs a fish also or even a 3betpot?, i don't think they hold much value since they can give you the wrong idea.

i'd prob raise this river given we have Jd. it's pretty tough for him to have a flush if we hold Jd, since it eliminates a good chunk of flop-raising combodraws. added with the fact that we rep a flush quite well.

having a good idea of his flop ck/raise range would help a bit, like if hes only ck/raising combodraws or all flush draws, open enders, gutters, etc
