I think turn call is best as played. If you wanna raise I'd prefer flop. Plenty of hands he donk/calls. 789, JQK, bunch of draws, A6 and maybe even AK with something to go with it.
I think he has far more draws and worse vs better hands than urs on the turn so after some consideration there is certainly value in ur raise. I wonder if call might be better though to catch river barrels and you are at the bottom of a value raising range on the turn so I'm sure some people might even think a raise there is over repping

You rep some boats pretty well as played obviously but I don't see that your hand even needed to be turned into a bluff until the river which makes turn kind of unnecessary.
We're u just raising turn for pure value then vs QKhh or whatever?
