I think he would be folding on that board using the same logic displayed in the first hand

Villain 4bet pre then overbet the flop so hero is putting him just heavily on overpairs and folding; hero's equity is the same vs that range in both hands

Only difference would be in how the board texture affects villains play; villain may be going full pot here because of the scary connected texture and wants max value/protection whereas on a J52r we may never see this full pot betsize from villain at all. And if we did it might mean something differently than it does on J108cc.

For example full pot on j810 may weight him towards overpairs and full pot on J52r is heavily AK and bluffs
