I've put even all KJ in his range (not happening in reality, people don't tend to flat KJo even) still arrive at 35.4% vs calling range.

Possible check call vs a v.good/aggressive player who will turn sufficient % of hands into a bluff.

just seemed more likely that someone calls you with a9 qj kj than that they push over you with worse. I don't like check fold cuz I think you're often good and I don't like check call cuz I think you lose the same as bet fold vs hands that beat you but without any value from the few hands you beat

kinda contradictory I guess, but boils down to how frequently you think he calls with one of the hands you beat. thinking about it more, I think it's much less often than what I first thought. so maybe just check and then call if you think he's bluffing whatever amount of the time that corresponds with his bet sizing for you to call.

check/fold imo. Villain bets KQ, AT, AJ, JJ, TT, 88, maybe JT which you lose to, and he checks back QJ, KJ, T9, J9 which you beat. He might bluff 89 or some random diamond draw but the ace favors your range more so you could easily be check/calling. I think his value bets will vastly outweigh his bluffs, and he will rarely bet the river with a value hand that you beat
