I much prefer to protect my entire range and get them to call with worse for more money.

Posts 10468 like andrewsong mentioned in the big QJ river bluff hand of Midian's a lot of autopiloting regs make the mistake of vbetting too thin in a lot of spots. GTO might say to 3ball this but i feel like in practice people are folding 88/99 here not calling 3 streets. Villain also connects with a boatload of hands that aren't even in your range so ur beat a lot here too
