I'm trying to decide what hands in my preflop 3-bet range should be checking certain flops. I definitely could have bluffed, and in retrospect think this is the sort of hand that should be barreled on this board. Given his open size, this is the weakest non-suited ace I have in my 3-betting range. Usually when my strong aces flop overcards, I check them for balance, so perhaps that is enough. These are the kind of spots I feel like I'm leaking a lot. |

The K high somewhat disconnected boards are ones you can cbet very aggressively, even a 100% cbet strategy on these board textures isn't an awful strategy choice |

Thanks for the comment
So there are some boards that you are c-betting 100% on? The hands I would have checked back were 56s, 78s, 89s, 77, most KK, and then some not at all thought-out portion of ace-highs. Perhaps those suited connectors should just be continued as bluffs (or like you suggested maybe c-betting 100% here simplifies things).
**EDIT
Also checking most flush draws. |

Well, I've ran a few flop sims on GTO programs and the K high disconnected boards are about as good as the boards get for us as we have AK, KK, AA and villain doesn't nor does he have many combos of 2pair + so our KQ+ combos are the nuts and very plentiful. The GTO solutions I looked at had us c-betting 90%+ and doesn't lose much value cbetting 100% of the time so for sake of simplicity I'd just cbet 100% on this type of board |
