River is played correctly right? Trying to get value out of weaker 9, was sad when faced with large 3-bet.

are u crossbooking this at 5/10nl usd?
I mean i guess technically it is ok but you also have to consider if he is good he may just be shitting on you fairly easily here knowing you have basically no boats but 33399.
You are folding the top of your range here basically.

if this is a HU sng for example at 75bb-100bb deep I am probably not folding river after just flatting turn as you did (you can raise turn for value in this hand don't have to flat turn) unless I am playing a pretty big nit and know he highly unlikely to be bluffing. Part of this is by raising river in the first place myself I look bluffy to a lot of people.

Of course not, that would be against the user agreement.
I can have 93h and 93c there too, but yeah it's towards the very top of my range. Casinocasino made a similar comment too, that as played it should probably be a call on the river otherwise I just let a good player abuse my capped range. I was playing like such a nit tonight, really uncharacteristic of me. Usually I just get all the chips in with 2-pair.
