I dont think the flop sizing is that off, 2 players show weakness on a dry flop, you want to be able to steal it with small sizing.

Turn bigger.

yes that makes sense but still if we're not betting strong (3/4) with the top of our range then with what hands we're betting strong in this spot? or we just don't have a value range here? I don't think so.
sorry for my english hope I explained myself.

sizing seems fine, it's just villain being a nit and not raising after the turn. like u can't blame 88 not getting it allin on 88943 board when 99 just flats every street, "lol u shoulda overbetjammed for 20x pot on river had u known his hand, u fish". i agree with slightly bigger turn sizing though

our value range for betting after both players check is basically any pair, cause initial raiser is repping AK and other guy has an unknown hand but is totally OOP.

You could maybe bet slightly more on flop but not much as pairs kinda want to deincentivize a +ev call on this board from Ax (gutter+overs). Turn also should be a little bigger. Just more value in slightly larger sizing.

Agree with balzamon though you don't want to make your bluffs too expensive especially on flop its nice to be able to make a small credible steal

I go bigger on turn and river but the main problem with this hand is preflop. fold>raise>call

You never want to make your betsizing indicative of your hand strength unless you're only playing fish.
