I'd let him bluff.
I mean, I think regs won't bluff here too often with like Axcc or 77 etc since you're obviously checking turn with weak kings. But fish will.
I personally I flip my shit if someone leads really small on a wonky river like this. Might be decent against a passive player.

i lead because i lead my entire bluff range on this board...
i x/x turn for deception and pot control
i lead this river after x/x turn smallish.

except u dont have any bluffs after you x/c the turn ryan.
i chk river, or lead like 1/3rd pot.
also i chk flop 80% of the time with this hand. betting is ok sometimes tho.
