At first I wasn't sure I liked his line, but I guess the SPR is small enough that it's fine to just get it in on the turn. Also, there are so many straight and flush draws it would be very difficult to tell when a card comes that completes your opponents draws.
You guys prefer just getting it in on the turn like he did? |

I like jamming if you have a tendency to raise turns with big draws or QT/Jx type hands that turned a flush draw as well. I like flatting if you're a bit more value heavy and prob go call/call on good run outs and call/fold on bad ones. Thing to note is if he's 3 betting KQ for value i'm assuming you guys had the dynamic where KQ is the effective nutted part of one's range here. then a bet/shove seems more warranted as well. |
