Don't think you should bet turn, you have some showdown value now and you're pretty behind vs a calling range I think, with a dominated draw.

Bet/fold turn is quite bad; in NL it is often fine because your equity is not close to 33% when they pot but in this game with 4 cards it will usually be close

Also on this particular turn a bet doesn't do a whole lot and gets you in trouble; take your free card to crack his 56 or potentially bluff a board pair.
All his value that flatted flop can rip in this clean turn when you bet, his better draws aren't folding. Given pre it isn't like you are really trying to knock anyone off of one pair and doubt 2p+ fold turn.
