If UTG and the 3bettor are both big nits (really big nits so that they'll have really broadway/AA heavy ranges both) you can cold call, otherwise just fold pre (standard is to fold pre). This is not a good cold 4bet in pretty much any conceivable circumstance. Hm.. Off-suite socks..
