No reads really. If he had any draw he probably made it on the river. What are the chances that I can actually make him fold on the river. Unless he's trying to induce a bluff his check seems like he probably has a pair or missed spades.

hmm... with how much is left i like betting a medium size with all flushes and some flush blockers. getting raised will suck but it shouldn't ever be by a non-nut flush
theres def a large part of his range that will be tough decisions facing a half pot bet, all sets/straights/2pair, basically anything that's not a flush
((edit: misread hand thought we had a nine high flush))
given that we have no showdown equity and a flush blocker i'm liking a bet here

Easy bet, you have 0 showdown value and you have a TON of flushes in your range, plus 9c is actually quite a decent blocker to have (blocks some prime c/c flushes). You also do not block any of the relevant sets.
