PreFlop
I think pretty standard open, its a good hand which connects well with a flop, Villain is Nitty and folding a lot. So pre I think all is good .

Flop
Since Im Out of position and flop misses villains range I think cbet is alright + I have high equity with flush + 2 overs and Im getting value from AT+ which he wont probably fold since he knows Im rly wide from SB and if turn card is a brick I can second barrel and fold his small pocket pairs .

Turn
AsI said above its kind of brick and I expect to fold his Axs and overcards . Its NL2 so second barrel looks really strong. I expect him to raise him here any two pair, straights and possibly sets to protect himself from draws . I just feel that only thing that I loosing here against (and is in his range) - sets, over pocket pairs and Ace high which Im trying to fold with a second barrel. BTW - Im not expecting him to have lowest suited connectors since he seems NITY.

At this point I feel like he has sests or/and overpairs here which he never folds so I gave up.

Have I played it well? Was my though procces correct? Thanks for your input guys .
