He snap called flop, so instead of pot control i decided he might be drawing and have to make him pay. The river he thought maybe 3 seconds after i checked and pushed, pretty quickly if u ask me

yes...but i would do that with a missed flush draw. Quickly too.

I think he would have raised the turn with AK/AJ. Decent chance he has spades here and you induced a bluff. Sure, he may have A8 or something ridiculous, but I think your hand is good here or you're chopping a good percentage of the time.
