it feels to me that RedBaron has a higher than avg checkback with strong hands this kind of line might be spewy vs him |

what's a strong hand to check back here? K7 is probably fairly in line with solver solutions. I would say 2 pair or better is a strong check back, and overbetting starts to become a bad sizing if anyone is checking back those hands at a higher than optimal frequency. I'm not sure how baron plays these spots. I think how both people play this hand, it looks fairly normal. |

Shouldn't we choose check back most hands here in theory ? Especially if I want to go half pot or bigger and not small |

Not having JJ QQ KK AK KQs and playing mixed with the other Broadways damn hurts if you bet too much it's a nightmare to deal with check raises and overbet lines like this and there's a million hands that are weak here that checking back most if our hands, being able to call down and play aggressively on turn+river seems good to me
Curious what pio says but if you lock it to one larger sizing or check on flop that's what I'd expect |

im guessing pio checks back all the weak Kx very often, some % of two pairs, and some % of straights. the more strong hands you can check back the smaller they have to make their overbet on the turn. havnt got time to sim it atm |
