interesting check/raise on turn... kinda curious what your bluffing range is there. seems like KK and QQ with a spade are good enough to just call turn. could it be some hands that don't have a spade in them at all? hmm... surely you'd want to block a good spade if possible, but such hands could be barreling turn as well. or perhaps you are always checking on this card? am actually really not sure about spots like this in general, where a flush hits on the turn... |

you basically have to check this turn almost always, with the vast majority of your range, so i think turn check is standard and once i see that sizing, i think it's better to check-raise than check-call. Their range is a lot weaker with that size and they are basically looking for cheap showdowns sometimes, like with AQcc..., so c/r is optimal. I can only really have 3 value hands, QTss, KTss, KQss. perhaps i 4bet with K9ss but not often. and im not always 4 betting often, i probably 4bet those hands around a 1/3 of the time. so my value range is basically 1 combo. I should only really c/r bluff with less than one combo of KsKx or QsQx if i was going for balance. |

well i simmed it and the solver basically plays it quite similar, tho it likes 1/3 size flop cbet more, and bets turn with QTss but checks turn with KTss, KQss. it is always checkraising turn vs a 1/3 size with QTss. as for the calldown the solver doesnt mind it, its very slightly losing. OK, but you shouldnt really listen to the solver for calling ranges here, i doubt too many nl200 humans are going to be balanced using number generators to pick out a small % of their KsKx to bluff with, much more likely they are either massively over bluffing or massively underbluffing. |

What is the solver's strategy for AA in your spot, Stroggoz? Does it sometimes x/r small turn bet as well or never? |
|
there is a light at the end of the tunnel... (but sometimes the tunnel is long and deep as hell) | |

AA cbets half the time, check calls turn 80%. c/r turn vs small bet around 20% |
