I dont actually like my lead but with T8dd people wont raise my lead often at all since im repping the strong ace....but i guess it is xeliqq and he snap shoved so wrong person to lead vs i guess. |

This is a spot
where Snowie calls or clicks it back on the flop (0.25 pot - $379) with a 55:45 mix with your hand
It's a damn awesome strategy, annoying to play against
That seems almost useless in practice because if you mess up the mixes you'll be outplaying yourself
That's a reason to play flat more often than you should nitewin
Check out the mix of combos:

And you know what Stroggoz
usually I was wrong
But you got the spot right that it's one you want to lead on an ace
Especially if you use the Snowie strat of 3bet mix on the flop as if you do your turn range will be a lot more Ax heavy
with almost every AXdd that can call a jam, most AJ so you not only hit it but have enough hands that stack off (where I was wrong I guess when I wanted to lead turn Ace after calling a raise)
I probably do not, it's too complicated and I want to keep my call range wide (and T8dd and other lower FDs are just annoying to play as 3bet, you jam turn and what, lose to higher card draws or even when you hit? He jams on you and you fodl all that equity? Yuck) and then the lead's not so great

Ya I suppose you're right. re-raising flop is overplaying the hand a bit. I only suggested it because it's 4 handed BB v Dealer.
I guess I'm trying to find alternatives to Hero's line. What hands call the raise on the flop, then leads 25% on A turn? Are we balanced here with enough strong holdings?
You're still opening yourself to being bluffed by draws (stronger or weaker).
You're still opening yourself to sets calling and being in a weird spot if flush misses on river.
I don't use a solver but something seems off. Lot of equity being denied. |

I'd expect turn to check through a big percent of the time so I'd try to hit cheaply
then I'd nit fold vs a bet on the turn and bluff river if I miss
Prob a losing play at these tough games
