Would you ever 4 bet if player has 10% 3bet, over 100 hands? mostly no with this hand; considering 3bettor is fairly shortstacked and there's a cold caller, i'd say AQ+ for 4betting, maybe AJ. the thing about 4betting here is that there's no 4bet fold vs the 3bettor's stack, so you are basically committed against him if you 4bet. the coldcaller might be dead money but he could also have some strong holdings because for him to cold 4bet over the short 3bettor is just insanely strong. overall it's a pretty awkward spot so i'd be pretty tight here.
