first he minraises then he rrr a really low amount, im quite sure he has 77/33 here he really wants you to shove/at least call.
Play is correct yes, if you dont raise his minraise on flop you're still clueless on turn. And lets say turn is A/J you're gonna lose your whole stack if he has 33/77
