Why does his 3b % matter when you're the 3 bettor? You should be more interested in his Fold to 3b stat. But this deep, most of his mp opening range is going to peel the 3b in position anyways.
Your hand plays fine as a flat pre. He opened from mp, not btn. You guys are also deeper. I'm personally not a fan of c/r turn this deep since I mean, what are you hoping for when he jams over your c/r, that he has T9? I think turn is better served as a bet/jam over raise or bet/call and c/c river
I haven't logged any relevant holdem hands in a long time though. I'm curious about optimal flop/turn bet sizes

just keep betting here or xc xc this is an overplay hard. with 9Tss i bet flop, with JTss i xc flop and play turn as bet bet vs flop xx... keep it smaller. |
