I like a fold on this board way more than the other one tbh
here he could have all made straights, 2p, sets, and your'e probably drawing only to a nonboard pairing diamond a lot of the time.

Yeah I think I jam flop for sure if I am not flatting the flop bet, which is probably better vs some.

I actually like flatting flop more here, it's quite hard for the villain to play turn properly and you can still bluff many cards. Raising is ok most of the time with nut flush draw head up as a semibluff but this flop gets it behind too much. I would be extremely surprised if he 3b this flop without a hand that will get it in on turn if he is a decent player.
