Well that's annoying to play against.

Wonder what kind of bluffs you have here. 97dd 97cc? But would that be bluffing the river with this sizing?

Does AQ+ use this sizing as well or just sets and draws?

That does seem confusing as hell to play against. I think jamming river with only backdoor flush beating you is totally great especially considering flop/turn. It's the flop/turn bet that I don't know how to analyse. On flop you beat other draws but doesn't that just fold them most of the time? Perhaps thats a good thing but I'd like to hear about it.

I really dislike this one. What is the reasoning behind it? Seems like you are valuetowning youself vs flushes and making it super hard for Jx to call you. I'd rather bet smaller and let him shove his AhTx KhQx etc

I dislike it too. I think the reasoning is just trying to stack a J that's there or someone who just straight up calls too much in these spots where you're polarized.

I decided I could bet very large on river as I don't expect many backdoor flush draws to peel flop bet. I'd be very happy to see someone sim this.

I don't have 97 here ever and aq ak aa kk could all bluff river, but really just ak. Very hard to be balanced so it comes down to psychology here

I assume you guys mean he should just bet big and not overbet on river. This is like a thin vb that comes down to meta/psychology like stroggoz said.

As you wish. Again using the solutions from the old 500z pack. Tree was created with 1 cbet size, 1 double barrel size to mirror the sizings chosen by hero, but 3 sizings on the river to test if the sim likes the overbet or not.

Flop cbet strategy when only allowing the sizing you used:

Notice that villain is folding 70.33% to this cbet! This even includes hands as strong as ATo and some of the weaker top pairs, like Q6s with no backdoor flush draw.

Turn, again only using 1 sizing in this line:

KhJh is betting at 100%, the other suited KJ combinations are checking 100%. KJo combos are mixed, but bet more frequently with a heart blocker. Notice that OOP is actually donkbetting at a reasonable frequency here when allowed the same sizing as used by hero, infact 23.99% of the time it's donking turn.

River, with 3 sizings allowed (25%, 75% and the overbet sizing used by hero):

In top right I selected all of the KJo and KJs combinations that aren't KhJh, so you can see frequency it bets 25%/75%/the overbet sizing. It is chosen at some frequency, 19.35% across all KJ combinations that get to the river.

One last bonus screenshot:

This is river facing a check/jam after overbetting river. AhKh is a 0EV call here and is calling/folding at a 60/40 split! Oop is never value jamming worse (He either has nut flush or straight flush for value)

One day good. One day bad. And some days, even hope
