I don't think he has enough bluffs here for you to trap, maybe the random spazz. Perhaps jamming turn to rep AK bluff is better to get a crying call out of overpairs.

Or maybe he absolutely butchered the hand as you'd play the same with 99-JJ.

I probably check flop with 99-TT, i don't think those hands get enough value to justify betting flop. In this spot i think KK is their most common value hand so i deciding not to reraise here, but you could be right, they might not have a bluff in their range. In retrospect i should have bet flop bigger and probably 3betting flop is the right play, given stack depth they have very few or no AA in their range.

I don't consider them raising a flop with a bluff and barreling off to be a 'spazz' play.

if you are going to check 99-TT on flop I think that as you mention, your sizing should be bigger
