If he had a jack here he would have raised turn. Only other possibility is QQ/KK/AA or AK/AQ spades. Unlikely because of the holding you have. It'd possible he slowplayed quad jacks here but thats not going to be the case very often.
98 spades is another candidate.
$32 blocker/value bet on the river. If he raises you, you might have to suspect your beat. Depending on how much your willing to risk he's shoving with QQ. The other thing you could do is check/call an average sized bet.
