id probably push turn here for several reasons. 1. you are oop and have no idea what he has, and from the looks of it he loves to float. 2. you dont want another heart to hit, and there is a good chance you have the best hand at the moment. 3. there is dead money. 4. he may have flush/straight, but you still can boat up.

if you check turn, which is also a completely fine play, then you must fold river like you did. too bad

is it a bad idea to raise like 1/2 or 3/4 of the pot here on the turn? and fold to a push or 3x re-raise?

maybe call min-re-raise if the stacks are decent size?
