Posts 1476 seemed like a safe board to slowplay on... and it worked out well, if i reraise him and he is half decent, he'd probably get away --v - Elky went on a heads up 150k downswing and burnt the wooden buddha i bought him when i was in china. Steve McNair   United States. Feb 22 2006 07:47. Posts 235 Nh...I probably play it the same way with him showing such aggression. He probably put you on A-K. There's also that slight chance he's bluffing, and you don't want to raise him off a bluff. This also illustrates why you never should fold a set in a raised pot. He could easily have had JJ or AA (even though he minraised pf), but obviously you're not folding here.
