suppose you are him, someone leads into you, you have AA KK on this board. you raise, he calls, he checks turn youre going to check behind most of the time. then either call or fold river bet, which will probably be 80.

so i think maybe call flop donk turn could end up winning the maximum. depends what the turn card is i guess.

you could smooth call his reraise on flop as he is probably trying to get cheap information to see if his Q or big pair is good. You told him what he wanted to know without him having to pay more on later streets
