Posts 5503 :-/ its ugly. you limped pre flop, which is a big 'no no' and you overbet the flop. if pot is .50 why bet .75? when villian mini raises you to 1.50 you could either flat call or raise. since you chose raise, you need to make it 3x the last raise, do not mini raise him again. your bet on turn is better, as you bet the pot, but it is a little strange since you played your hand so weak up until that point. you bet pot again on river....a little strong since you were raised on flop and called on turn. he is a nit for holding onto QJ like he did, but more often than not, if in a repeat of this situation....he could very easily have 54 or J7.... the best players are most aggressive pf and on the flop. if you were playing better players they would have noted this and you wouldnt have a good time. remember, DONT LIMP 5 minute showers are my 8 minute abs. - Neilly
